CONSTRUCTION & PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
Servo Voltage Stabilizer primarily consists of the following:
The control circuit continuously monitors the output set voltage and looks for any error in the output. Any deviation in the output is immediately corrected by switching on the servomotor.
The motor coupled to variable auto-transformer increases/decreases the voltage to primary of buck & boost transformer adds/subtracts the voltage to mains so the output voltage remains within the set limits.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS OF SERVO VOLTAGE STABILIZER
SCOPE: Designing, manufacturing and testing at our works (commissioning does not come under scope of work) but our technical representative will be present at the time of first switching ON of the unit if required.
Connections: Micel 3 Phase servo voltage Stabilizer consists of 3 single-phase units of 1/3 capacity connected in star.
System of supply: Input voltage in single-phase 170-270 volts & in 3Phase 300-460 volts or as per customer's specification with solidly earth & neutral connection. Out put voltage 230/400-volt +/- 1% in 1/3 phase or as customer's specifications.
Cooling: Natural Oil Cooled oil is filled in oil tank that is in MS Tank. Oil used in servo is ISI make.
Earthing: Two separate earthing terminals are provided at the bottom of the tank on both sides.
Fitting &Accessories: The following accessories and fittings are provided.
Winding: Auto state and double wound buck & boost transformer shall be copper wound only.
Core: The magnetic core shall be made up of cold rolled grain oriented low loss steel stamping.
Testing; The servo voltage controller shall be subjected to all the routine tests before delivery
